About White Limozeen It’s all pink everything at our rooftop bar and restaurant, White Limozeen. Take in skyline views as you lounge poolside on a fuchsia-fringed daybed or pull up a seat indoors at the rosy onyx bar. The restaurant has space for pop-up performances, while a private ‘green room’ is the perfect boho hideaway for those in need of some R&R.White Limozeen seeks an experienced Maitre D/Floor Manager. This role will oversee the host team and also function as a floor manager and key holder.Duties: - Help to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department in a hotel setting- Supervise and train staff members- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus- Manage the waitlist and ensure timely seating of guests- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role preferred- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations- Strong guest relations skills and a friendly demeanor- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant guest services- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using Resy, is a plus- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.
